Whore House
My cousin told me the funniest story this morning about her and her boyfriends apparent “hooker” problem on the floor of his apartment building. I guess the other day the problem got escalated so badly that her boyfriend sent in an email to the building manager to have the “tenants” evicted. She sent me the email that her boyfriend wrote and I honestly died and felt it was worthy of sharing.

Subject: SERIOUS PROBLEM
I just wanted to inform you of the serious problems I have been having with the tenants living in UNIT 810 – 51 Lower Simcoe Street – which will also be of serious concerns to property management and the condo association. For well over a year there has been an brothel/escort service/whore house operating out of unit 810. There are at least 10 different girls who share the unit and have been leaving there key in a lock box in the stairwell in order to share the unit and use it as a whore house. The door is constantly opening and closing at all hours of the day – with random men coming in and out. I am 100% sure that an escort service is operating out that unit – which they admitted when confronted earlier today.
There are a number of problems I can point out with this – which I sure you can recognize:
1) It is obviously a serious safety concern having random men coming in and out of the apartment all the time
2) It is against the condo association rules to be operating a brothel in one of the units
3) While only 3 people may be registered for the unit – there are more than 10 escorts that are actually using the unit on a regular basis
4) Having an escort service/whore house in the building – definitely takes away from the quality of the building – I did not move here so I could have hookers as my neighbours
An recently they are becoming extremely ignorant and rude. Today they were harassing my girlfriend – with several of these escorts yelling at her in the hallway. I’ve tried to ignore the filth living across the hall for a long time now – but they have gotten completely out of hand. They need to be evicted from the condo – it really reflects poorly on the building when it is known as place to find cheap hookers.
I expect that something will be done about this immediately. Please let me know what has been done to resolve this very serious issue – I honestly can’t believe I am paying to live across from a whore house – absolutely disgusting.

I forwarded and discussed this with the Manager, John, and he already notified the owner of the unit and will set up a meeting about this.
